                            NormVideo procedure

  DECLARATION:  NormVideo;

      PURPOSE:  Selects the text attribute detected at startup

         UNIT:  CRT

      REMARKS:  The byte variable, TextAttr in the CRT unit is use to hold
                the current video attribute. NormVideo returns that value to
                the value detected at when the program was started.
